Surrounded by lush greenery, it is marketed as a sanctuary in nature, fostering spiritual connection. Ascending about 100 steps leads to the Transfiguration Chapel, the heart of Caleruega.

While Caleruega can provide a priest for the marriage ceremony (subject to availability), couples have the freedom to invite a priest of their choice. The church doesn’t prescribe a fixed amount for the priest’s stipend, leaving it to the couple’s generosity. The chapel usage includes amenities like the Sound System, Organ, CD Player, and a Sacristan to assist in the mass. However, other essentials such as the choir, flower arrangements, photographers, missalette, and carpet are to be arranged by the couple.
