CANCELLATION TERMS

• Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
• More than 30 days from the reserved date: Eligible for a full refund;
• 14-29 days from reserved date: Eligible for 50% refund;
• less than 14 days from reserved date: No refunds.

Basic level of cleanliness is expected, such as:

• Keeping all litters in the trash bags provided;
  – If furniture was repositioned, return them to their original positions
  – Clean up any spillages
  – Keep the front doors and back doors closed at all times.
• No smoking allowed within the premises. You may do so at the back alley or the front walkway.
• Keep the noise volume within acceptable range, especially after 10p.m. If a management complaint is filed, or if the police were activated for survey, the full security deposit will be forfeited. 
• Any damages of facilities, equipment or furniture, the security deposit will be deducted accordingly for replacement/repair.
• Premises may not be used for the performance of any illegal activities. Guests are to bear full responsibility if a police report was lodged.
• Respect the booking timeframe. If the grace period of 15 minutes has been exceeded, it will be considered as an extension of booking hours. 
• Any non-compliance of the aforementioned rules may result in partial/full forfeiture of the security deposit.
