Once a booking transaction is completed, and payment has been remitted to the venue owner or manager, our responsibility ends.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual venue owners or managers and may vary from one property to another. It’s crucial to understand that Venuespring does not establish or enforce these policies. The terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the venue owners or managers.

For any inquiries or requests related to cancellations or refunds, users are advised to contact the venue owner or manager directly. They will provide guidance on their specific policies, processes, and any potential refunds or credits that may be applicable.
