Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2023

At Venuespring, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important. However, it’s essential to clarify our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Booking Process and Responsibility

Venuespring operates as a booking and marketing platform that connects users with venue owners or managers. We facilitate the booking process by providing a platform where users can discover and reserve event venues. Once a booking transaction is completed, and payment has been remitted to the venue owner or manager, our responsibility ends.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policies Vary

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual venue owners or managers and may vary from one property to another. It’s crucial to understand that Venuespring does not establish or enforce these policies. The terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the venue owners or managers.

3. Communication with Venue Owners

For any inquiries or requests related to cancellations or refunds, users are advised to contact the venue owner or manager directly. They will provide guidance on their specific policies, processes, and any potential refunds or credits that may be applicable.

Venuespring is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent booking process for our users. We take accountability seriously. If we receive credible reports of listing owners practicing unfair cancellation and refund policies or if concerns remain unresolved after good-faith efforts to reach a resolution, we will take necessary actions within our capacity. This may include facilitating or escalating concerns on behalf of our users.

4. Responsibility After Booking

Once a booking is confirmed, it is the responsibility of both the user and the venue owner or manager to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the booking agreement. Venuespring is not liable for any disputes, issues, or disagreements that may arise during the booking period.

5. Changing or Modifying Bookings

If you need to make changes or modifications to your booking, please contact the venue owner or manager directly. They will guide you through the process and any associated costs, if applicable.

6. Disputes and Concerns

In the event of a dispute or concern related to cancellations, refunds, or booking terms, Venuespring encourages open communication and resolution between users and venue owners or managers. If a resolution cannot be reached, we recommend seeking legal advice or mediation services, as Venuespring is not a party to any agreements made between users and venue owners or managers.

7. Additional Fees and Costs

Please be aware that some venues may charge cancellation fees, change fees, or impose other penalties. The specifics of these fees will be outlined in the booking agreement provided by the venue owner or manager.

Venuespring’s primary role is to provide a platform for users to connect with venue owners or managers and facilitate the booking process. We are committed to delivering exceptional service throughout this process. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Disclaimer: This policy is subject to change, and the most current version will always be available on the Venuespring website. Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly for updates and modifications.
